Nigerian Woman With Intenstines Hanging Out Of Her Body Denied Treatment In Nigeria, But Operated In UAE

A Nigerian woman has undergone a successful surgery in UAE hospital after she had been refused operation in Nigeria.

Victoria Odita was rushed to the foreign RAK Hospital already in critical condition caused by the decease identified as incisional hernia: her intestines were hanging out of her body.

The 37-year-old woman suffering from terrible pain had allegedly tried to seek medical help in Nigeria, when the swelling increased but was denied treatment because of the extreme severity of her condition.

However, a specialist surgeon at RAK Hospital, Dr. Parvez Ahmad, took the challenge and performed the complicated surgery to repair the incisional hernia and alleviate the symptoms.
