E.K. Clark Son's Kidnaping Was Stage-Managed - MEND

Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) has alleged that Chief E.K Clark son's kidnapping was all staged by the victim.

The victim Ebikeme Clark was kidnapped last week and was released after the Delta State Government paid a ransom of 500 million Naira out of its security vote to get him free.

MEND issued a statement saying: “Mr Ebikeme is following in the footsteps of his father where the Senior Clark is amongst those that hatched the fraudulent Niger Delta Amnesty Programme which has only made billionaires of a few thugs and him, at the detriment of millions of impoverished indigenes and the peace and security in the region,” the group said.

“It is rather unfortunate that in a desperate bid for relevance and extra funds to maintain a private jet, certain unscrupulous persons, including the Delta State Police will conspire to deceive Nigerians with a phantom abduction, release of the so-called hostage, influence over kidnapers and arrest of suspects and denying the payment of a ransom which has already been shared.”

America Joins The Search For The Abducted 200 School Girls

The United States of America and Britain have joined the search for the 200 girls abducted from Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno, by the dreaded Boko Haram sect. Nigerian soldiers had initially claimed that it had rescued all but 18 of the girls. But the school principal, Asabe Kwabura, debunked the military's claim.
